Yes, this can be done easily. None of the pins conflict
you have two options;
1. Connect BerryGPS-GSM on top of the Pi and then connect the BerryIMUv2 to the pins highlighted in the image.
2. Dont have BerryGPS-GSM sitting on top of the Pi, but have it connected via a usb cable. You could then have the BerryIMUv2 sitting on top of the Raspberry Pi
