Hi

The LED will only light up with it has a GPS FIX.

If you are not using an external antenna, can you confirm that the switch is in the ‘int’ position.

I see that you have it mounted to something. When out side, is the GPS unit facing the skype and not being blocked by whatever you have it mounted to?
