Hi Mark,

I purchased the PiScreen Kit through Tindie, unfortunately I could not find a switch in the packaging that was shipped. I will follow up with Tindie about the switch as this is probably not your issue.

My question is: it appears to be a simple 3 pin switch, can I just solder a piece of wire between the On & middle pin on the PCB to get the PiScreen to work? When I get a chance I’ll pop to the local electronics store and get a replacement 3 pin switch.

In the meantime, are there any side effects to the PiScreen always being on other than power consumption?

Cheers,
