When I reinstalled the drivers by re-doing the manual method it no longer worked. So I am waiting for some good advice, otherwise I will just start over with a clean Raspian image, NOT plug it in to an HDMI “just to see what will happen,” and proceed with the instructions on getting it to show the desktop….
