Estaba usando la placa sin problemas por 2 semanas con la raspberry pi zero con el operador Claro en Perú, después empezó a resetear sin razón aparente y a veces llegó a apagarse.
Necesito saber como solucionar este problema.I was using the board without problems for 2 weeks with the raspberry pi zero with the Claro operator in Peru, then it started to reset for no apparent reason and sometimes it turned off. I need to know how to solve this problem.

You can also connect to one of the virtual com ports on the GSM and monitor it to see what it shows when it disconnects minicom -b 115200 -o -D /dev/ttyACM0

Can you do the minicom test again, and when you first connect to the GSM module, enable verbose error logging with;
AT+CMEE=2
