March 7, 2021 at 3:42 pm #16618Mark WilliamsKeymasterHi the inclinometer code doesn’t support v3 yet. it will but updated in the next few weeks.

I am planing on mounting the IMU inside a big snowblower to visualise the tilt angel of the blower… to prevent the operators from damaging flush mounted lights..

June 18, 2021 at 12:49 am #16777Marco ZuritaParticipantGood morning, I see in this post that the version code was updated for the IMUv3, but when i execute the instruction sudo ./gyro_accelerometer_tutorial02 i got the same error NO IMU DETECTED, also i downloaded the code recently in github.
June 18, 2021 at 12:10 pm #16779richardpParticipantDoes it work if you try the code within the Python folders?
Have you enabled I2C and can you see the address with sudo i2cdetect -y 1?

June 23, 2021 at 6:09 am #16782Marco ZuritaParticipantGood Morning, can you be more explicit about the first question, do i have to put all the documents of the folder gyro_accelerometer_tutorial02_inclinometer in a python folder? if so, in which python folder do i have to put in?
And yes i have enabled I2C, the example code gyro_accelerometer_tutorial01 works perfectly.
June 23, 2021 at 6:15 am #16785Marco ZuritaParticipantthe example code gyro_accelerometer_tutorial01 works perfectly.
June 23, 2021 at 2:56 pm #16788richardpParticipantgyro_accelerometer_tutorial02 is not supported by v3.
Someone in the team is working on updating it for the BerryIMUv3

Given that I am not a technician, I would like to know if you managed to fix everything, see: https://forum.openmarine.net/showthread.php?tid=3480&pid=20051#pid20051
Thanks in advance for your reply.July 12, 2021 at 8:42 pm #16877Mark WilliamsKeymasterBerryIMUv2 is fully supported by OpenPlotter/PyPilot
BerryIMUv3 will have issues.
Please have a look at the reply i just made to that post
