Hi
When running i2cdetect the acc meter seems to be on register 1c on my PI.
In all code and docs it was expected to be on 1E.
Shall I change code in all references of 1E to 1C?
or else?

Mmmm.. there must be a short somewhere which is changing the i2c address.
If this is all it changes then the device would still be perfectly fine.
Yep, just change it to 1C in the code.
