I was a Kick-starter funder and received my screen as a kit. after assembling the screen kit and installing it on the PI the screen would not light. I am trying to find a schematic of the screen to check and see if the screen is getting the correct supply voltage. Any help would be appreciated.

You do have the drivers installed? (without the drivers the TFT backlight will not come on).
If you do have the drivers, please show me the output of ‘dmesg’Mark --OzzMaker.com --

I got to screen work after I down loaded the the new image file 1.8 and installed it to the SD card.
At this point the screen is not responding to the stylus and the screen is larger then the display on the right side. Where in your instructions do I jump in to correct the display.

with version 1.8, everything should be configured correctly.

Thank you for your help, I have the Pi screen up and running correctly. The initial loading of the 1.8 kit, I must of missed the alignment screen and did not know how to recover that screen. Eventually I reloaded the 1.8 kit to the SD card and the alignment screen appeared and I align the cursor.
All is well and thank you again.
