Firstly im not sure if this screen is the same as it differs a bit on the image displayed in the quickstart guide. However, in the comments on the product, the manual refers to ozzmaker. So i can only guess that it’s the same screen.
The screen i purchased was this one: http://www.banggood.com/3_5-Inch-320-X-480-TFT-LCD-Display-Touch-Board-For-Raspberry-Pi-BB-p-958458.html
Ok, so i have used the latest rasbian wheezy and followed the guide on this site to install everything correctly, however from pwr on the screen has always remained the same, bright white.
My latest attempt was to download the sd card image on this site, but this also results in the same.
Any ideas on what’s wrong? is it a faulty display?

June 3, 2015 at 6:05 am #4109Mark WilliamsKeymasterThat isn’t PiScreen so we are unable to help, we wouldn’t know what type of TFT it uses or how it is connected up.
I can tell you that if the screen remains white, then the TFT hasn’t been initiated properly.
You would need to contact the seller for support.Mark --OzzMaker.com --
