I am looking at adding my BerryGPS-IMU to an existing Pi Zero W project. Currently the Pi Zero is powered by battery or external power via an Adafruit PowerBoost 1000C wired up to GPIO pins 2 and 6 (5V and ground).
If I mount the BerryGPS-IMU with the supplied header I can’t connect the power to these pins. I was wondering whether I can simply wire the power into the 5V and gnd pins where they are broken out on the BerryGPS-IMU (top 2 pins on the right).
My other options seem to be to use a stackable header to mount the BerryGPS-IMU and keep the power connected to the 2 and 6 pins (above the BerryGPS-IMU), or change the design completely to power the Pi Zero through the micro-USB port from the USB output of the PowerBoost.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks – John

Yes, those are the pins I meant. Thanks for the confirmation.
