I have tried installing both a v3 and a v4 GPSberry on a Raspberry Pi 4 running the latest version of the Raspberry Pi OS (January 11th 2021, Kernel version: 5.4). The IMU and magnetometer work fine and communicate fine. The GPS communication over serial is producing malformatted data — the output is not formatted as utf-8 (see attached image for the output from “cat /dev/serial0”)

I have tried a re-setting the gps, changing the baud rates on the GPS and on the serial port, and the results are always outputs that are garbled like this.

    Anything else I should try?

usually this means the baud rate isnt correct.

What do you get when entering? stty -F /dev/serial0
